I talk about Republican VP candidate, Governor Palin, her ties to the New Apostolic Reformation movement and how this affected my own choice in voting.  The ties between Palin and the NAR first came to my attention through the Wild Hunt blog, which can be found at http://www.wildhunt.org/blog.html.  Ending music is "Pagan Soldier" from the Dragon Ritual Drummers http://dragonritualdrummers.com

A quick audio note to let ya'll know I'm still alive, as well as a tremendous thanks to Darkly Fey for taking on one of the show's listener questions on her own show "The Dark Side of Fey".  A new episode for this show will be out towards the end of July, once I finish up my last intro class on my doctorate program.

hey ya'll.  I apologize for not having a podcast out over the last few weeks.  Blame it on my poor time management and assesment skills.  I'm a bit overloaded with the assignment schedule for my first class in my Doctoral program.  The schedule called for eight papers and two tests over thrity days.  So, here I am with nine days left in class, three papers and one exam left to finish.  Couple that with a busy work schedule, and my time is really crunched right now.  The next two classes (also both thirty days in length) promise to have just as hectic a schedule.  After that, my classes become ninety days in length, and things should return back to normal.  So my apologies for not having anything out -- and I will most likely have very little time to get anything out during the next two months.  Sorry to say, but my class work comes first...

In the meantime, please remember that there are a lot of other great podcasts out there that continue to put out excellent shows:  The Secrets in Plain Sight!, The Wigglian Way, The Broom Closet, A Pagan Heart in Maine, Pagan Living, Geek Witch, The Modern Musings of a Cultured Barbarian, Mid-Michigan Pagan Podcast, and several others.

Hope ya'll will still be here when I get back!

Hugs,

TommyElf

This show, I talk about oaths, how intent when making an oath really rules the day, and my thoughts on how the Oath of Enlistment still applies to me.  Also, I start the show with my tribute to John Lennon, Kevin DuBrow and Randy Rhoads.  I also have a political rant concerning the funding for US troops located overseas.  Next show's topic is "What music type or music artist inspires you to be "you"?" -- with responses for the show due by December 23rd for inclusion in that show.  Website:  http://www.myspace.com/edgeofcircle  Email:  elfster@gmail.com

The newest podcast will be delayed for a bit.  I've got some major distortion in the raw files I've recorded so far -- which make the podcast not a real joy to listen to.  So I've got to figure out why I'm getting so much distortion out of the sound board....and then re-record the entire episode.  Hopefully, I'll have something available by tomorrow (12/5).  My apologies for the tardiness....
